Farce on the Barrooom Floor
Slightly amusing, certainly not one of Chaplin's better efforts. However, one wonders if the version available here has been re-edited, because the IMDb plot summary has the last scene as the one where Charlie sees his ex, Madeleine, and her husband with their children in a park and walks away shakily. Here, the last scene is as in the poem, with Charlie attempting to draw Madeleine's picture on the barroom floor and dropping dead across the unfinished picture. Very likely the IMDb summary is incorrect.

Not really good
There are parts missing; especially at the beginning. This makes it impossible to understand what is going on there. The story jumps from one incident to another one and the viewer is unable to grasp the storyline. Well, this movie is not really good. There are hardly any funny parts and Charlie Chaplin looses it towards the end; in terms of the story and action. Together with the aforementioned aspect of 'jumps', the movie is hard to endure.
